    I love Tacos El Gordo!!
    They never disappoint and whenever I'm in the area, I always get tacos, nachos, and horchata.
    Their salsa bar is always stocked well and the ladies behind the counter are the friendliest!
    Great food.

    I tend to pick at my food and finish eating before ever thinking about taking a picture.

    Amongst thousands of taco stands and burger joints in the valley. Dont sleep on this neighborhood joint.
    Plenty of tables and TVs its got great stuff coming from the kitchen.
    Authentic Mexican Food wknd menudo and pezole
    Nice salsa bar included with your meal.

    Do not order from here. Not good I was disgusted with the advocado slices they added super brown they looked rotten, next lettuce was not crispy soft like old. I would go some where else. Two thumbs down.

    This place exceeded expectations.  So we went horseback riding in Sylmar and I felt like some tacos.  I had a delicious Cucumber aguas frescas, which really was refreshing after a warm dusty trail ride.  I was going to get tacos lengua or a al pastor torta, but then I saw they had barbacoa.  Which you can't get at just any taco stand.  I wasn't disappointed they flavor was so good, and it wasn't dry.  Sometimes meat even though it is in gravy/broth/juices can be dry if it is over cooked.  They have a good salsa bar.  They had several TV's  and the decor was clean and new.  The tortillas remind me of how they are when I make them, Thick and doughy.  I think my whole family liked what they got.

    Embarrassing! The worst food I ever tasted the rice was okay and beans but the amount of food they put in my order was disgusting and the food was tasteless! I order papas con bistec and they only gave me 4 pieces of meat and the rest was just salsa and 3 pieces of potato what kind of service is that ?
